CUSTOM DESIGN & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
By submitting artwork, images, text, logos, or any other content for printing, you represent and warrant that:
You are the original creator of the submitted content, OR you hold a valid license or written permission from the copyright owner to reproduce it in printed form, OR the content is in the public domain and free for commercial use.
You accept full and sole responsibility for ensuring that any content you submit does not infringe upon the copyright, trademark, trade dress, right of publicity, or any other intellectual property right of any third party.
Imaginative Realism LLC does not screen submitted designs for copyright or trademark compliance. We are a print fulfillment service, and we rely entirely on your representation that you have the legal right to print what you submit.
By placing an order, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Imaginative Realism LLC, its owner, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from or related to any content you submit for printing.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or decline to fulfill any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to orders we believe may infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.
CUSTOM PRODUCT POLICY
All products are custom-made to order. Because each item is produced specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges based on a change of mind or personal preference.
Please review your design carefully before submitting your order. We print exactly what you submit.
ORDER ACCURACY
You are responsible for reviewing your design, spelling, layout, colors, and all other details before finalizing your order. Imaginative Realism LLC is not responsible for errors in customer-submitted designs, including but not limited to typos, color choices, image quality, or incorrect sizing.
If you receive a product that was printed incorrectly due to our error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Imaginative Realism LLC’s total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Miller County, Missouri.
